Job Description:
• Answer phone calls and transfer to the relevant member of staff
• Make calls to relevant personnel
• Distribute emails coming into a central mailbox
• Mange incoming post
• Manage outgoing post
• Meet and greet visitors
• Arrange meetings, within the office and external bookings
• Process customer service survey information
• Deal with customer complaints and compliments in an appropriate manner
• Take receipt of office deliveries
• Complete handover paperwork to customers
