We are looking for a Telesales / Customer Service apprentice to join our busy Sales Office in Bolton.
There is no cold calling - We have an established customer base that you will be liaising with on both incoming and outbound calls.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to work within this environment but have no previous office experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Make daily outgoing calls to assigned customers
Processing orders on to the system
Promoting any Special Offers that are available
Answering customer enquires
Recording details of customer issues and assisting to resolve them
