International Women's Day 2022

#BreakTheBias

On Tuesday 8th March 2022, Alliance Learning will be celebrating International Women’s Day.

This year’s theme is based around #BreakTheBias meaning a world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. The whole idea of the campaign is to forge women’s equality. It is a world that is diverse, equitable and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated.

Here at Alliance Learning, we are always striving to support, retain and advance women in all different career sectors. We have built an inclusive work and learning culture, where women can thrive in their careers and we love celebrating their success!

Throughout the day, we will be highlighting some of our amazing apprentices and staff on their achievements and the importance of their job role.

Our current Apprentices will be sharing their stories across our social media platforms –

  • Victoria Lord (Fabrication & Welding Apprentice)
  • Lydia Gough (Business Administration Apprentice)
  • Cara Moon (Fabrication & Welding Apprentice)
  • Jessica Duggan (Business Administration Apprentice)

 And staff members -

  • CEO, Kelly Perkin

  • Business Development Manager, Chloe Ramsden

  • Senior Subject Specialist Tutor, Anne Eshborn
