  • School & Community Engagement Advisor

    We are currently recruiting for a School & Community Engagement Advisor. This role would be ideal for a past apprentice that is looking to pass on their Apprenticeship experience / career journey to future apprentices. The main purpose of the role is to maintain and build relationships with schools, sixth forms and local communities, to inform and advise on the range of Apprenticeship opportunities and the progression pathways available through Alliance Learning. This will be done via a range of careers events including open days, career stands, school assemblies to name just a few. Must be flexible to work out of hours on a regular basis, due to the nature of this role.

  • Engineering Tutor/Work Based Assessor Roles

    Due to growth in our Engineering programmes we are looking to recruit a number of Engineers to join our tutor/assessor based team.
    We are happy to discuss roles with individuals who have industry experience but may not have the relevant qualifications.
    Alliance Learning will support with future development on an individual basis
    You will work with Apprentices on developing their skills and knowledge in Engineering

    Holidays - 25 days plus 8 statutory banks

    You will develop and promote support in area of expertise. As part of the role, you will be responsible for carrying out initial assessments, access arrangements for exams and delivering teaching support leading the Additional Learning Support teaching team across the organisation.

    We are currently recruiting for a talented and enthusiastic Health and Safety Tutor/Trainer to join our busy Commercial department at our site in Horwich, Bolton. This role offers continuous professional development across a range of courses and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shadow our current Tutors to develop new skills and knowledge across the diverse range of courses we offer. Due to our customer reach, on site work will also be expected.
