Skills & Qualities:
Electrical/fitting experience preferred but not essential, able to learn to read a basic circuit diagram.
Good communication skills
A position is available for an Electrical Maintenance Engineering Apprenticeship. The chosen Candidate will attend Alliance learning on a day release program, the remainder of the week will be spent out in the field with an experienced Service Engineer, learning every aspect of the job. This will include fitting, installing and maintaining Gates ,Barriers, Turnstiles and Bollards. We will be providing some extra training by our Senior Engineer and also day release to company’s such as BFT, Came and Parking Facilities to learn more about the products we use on a daily basis..
The Candidate will be expected to stay away on occasion at our cost as we are a National Company who travel up and down the UK. An allowance will also be provided for meals when this happens.
We expect that the chosen candidate will be looking into their driving lessons with a view to having passed there test within the first 18mths of employment. Driving is a crucial requirement in order to become a fully qualified Service Engineer and going out into the field.
