Customer Services / Receptionist Apprentice | SMARTstrat

SmartStrat is a dynamic growing company providing over 100 businesses nationwide with a remote PA / Virtual Receptionist service helping their clients. SmartStrat are looking for a confident, bubbly, outgoing individual to join their growing team as a Virtual Receptionist Apprentice.

As an Apprentice Receptionist/Customer Services Officer, your role will include;

• Providing high level call handling services for clients
• Delivering excellent customer services to clients and their customers
• Ensuring messages are passed to clients correctly and within time scale via email and phone.
• Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints in line with company policies and procedures
• Assisting clients in special project campaigns
• Attending appropriate training and development programmes when required
• Being proactive in driving own development
• Ad hoc admin duties

The successful applicant will also work towards an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service. You will gain an NVQ Level 2 and Functional Skills.
