Job Description:
Alliance Learning is an award winning training provider based in Horwich, Bolton.

We are currently looking to recruitment an Apprentice Course Administrator to work within our busy commercial department, the role involves the following tasks.

1. Provide administration for Alliance Learning courses and the Commercial/Sales department
2. Support the Commercial/Sales department to generate business from internal sales when applicable
3. Link closely on a daily basis with the part time Sales/Course Administrator
4. Provide capacity planning support for the Sales team and liaise with Group Resource Coordinator
5. Collect and distribute the mail for the Sales department
6. Reception duties and cover when required
7. Undertake Invigilation for exams when required
8. Active contribution to business growth
9. To accurately input data on the internal company system and use in line with company policies and procedures
10. Any other duties as designated by you Manager
