Job Description:
Facilities Admin Support Apprentice | St Josephs RC High School

Working as part of the Maintenance and Facilities team you will have a varied and interesting role with duties including;
• Arranging quotes for works with contractors
• Finance Administration
• IT/Database Administration
• Record Keeping
• Risk Assessments
• General Admin duties for the Facilities Team
Your role will also include helping with the maintenance department in tasks such as Ground and Site Maintenance, Checks and assisting in carrying out works.

As you progress within this apprenticeship there is also the opportunity to add to your learning with courses including;
• Fire Marshall
• Risk Assessments
• PAT Testing
• Health and Safety

The successful applicant will also work towards an Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration. You will gain an NVQ Level 3, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills.
