Engineering Apprentice | Movetech UK

As an Engineering Apprentice you will be joining a small but specialised Engineering team. You will develop into a Turntable Technician whose job duties will include Fitting & Fabrication of products, sub assemblies and or other components required by the company. Furthermore you will undertake servicing, inspection and repair of any of the company’s product either at our premises or at the customer’s site as required. Please note this is a hands on role which requires a mechanically minded person, keen to learn all aspects of hands on engineering. You will have the opportunity to learn pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems and your skills will be developed in marking out, mechanical fit out, welding and electrical.

The successful applicant will also work towards an Advanced Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering with Alliance Learning. This will include an NVQ Level 3, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills.
