Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner | Intersource Services

We are specialist in selling fleet vehicles and as a rapidly growing business we are looking to find an Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner to join our team.

Here your duties will include:
• Emailing – dealing with inbound and outbound emails
• Making Outgoing calls
• Taking Inbound calls
• Message taking
• Data Inputting
• Logging information on our Excel spreadsheets
• Using a variety of computer systems
• Photocopying, scanning
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• General office duties
• Providing quick, high quality customer service

The successful applicant will also work towards an Intermediate Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship at Alliance Learning. You will gain an NVQ Level 2, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills.
