Job Description:
SmartStrat is a dynamic growing company providing over 100 business nationwide with a remote PA / Virtual Receptionist service helping their clients. SmartStrat are looking for a confident, bubbly, outgoing individual to join their growing team as a Virtual Receptionist Apprentice.

As an Apprentice Virtual Receptionist, your role will include;

• Providing high level call handling services for clients
• Delivering excellent customer services to clients and their customers
• Ensuring messages are passed to clients correctly and within time scale via email and phone.
• Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints in line with company policies and procedures
• Assisting clients in special project campaigns
• Attending appropriate training and development programmes when required
• Being proactive in driving own development
• Ad hoc admin duties

Alongside this you will gain vital work experience whilst completing a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship at Alliance Learning, gaining the hands on skills and knowledge to tie in with the work experience you are gaining from the company.

Hours of work are 9-5, one early start at 8, one late until 7 and every other Saturday.
