Customer Service Apprentice | Carter Klay Carter Klay Associates is a consulting powerhouse supporting our customers with all of their business needs. Providing a high standard of customer service, our main aim is to build relationships with our customers to help their businesses to grow. We are now looking for someone to join our growing team. Here you will be completing a variety of daily tasks to include: Answering and making telephone calls. Updating the system. Updating customers Feedback to customers. Dealing with customer enquiries. Data inputting. Offering a high standard of customer service and maintaining our high quality service. |
