TERMS &CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
1. Course Reservations
a) All course bookings must be confirmed by an authorised representative of the client via email, telephone, or post. Confirmation of a booking constitutes acceptance of Alliance Learning’s Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions will also be provided with course joining instructions.
b) Upon receipt of booking confirmation, joining instructions and an invoice will be issued. Bookings should be confirmed within 10 days to secure your place.
c) If a nominated delegate is unable to attend, a substitute delegate may attend at no additional charge, provided they meet the necessary experience and knowledge requirements for the course.
d) Accommodation is the responsibility of the client. Where applicable, information on local accommodation options can be provided upon request or included with course confirmation.
e) Alliance Learning reserves the right to amend or cancel any published course date due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. Where a course is cancelled and no suitable alternative can be provided, a full refund will be issued. Alliance Learning does not accept liability for travel, accommodation, or other associated costs. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations outside of our control, including (but not limited to) severe weather, flooding, or industrial action.
2. Course fees
a) All fees are correct at the time of publication and are subject to VAT. Alliance Learning reserves the right to amend course prices where necessary.
b)Full payment is required prior to the course start date, unless otherwise agreed. Payment can be made via BACS, credit or debit card. For bookings made within 10 working days of the course start date, immediate payment is required. Certificates and certification cards will not be issued until full payment has been received.

c) Course fees include refreshments and, where stated, lunch for full-day courses.
d) An administration charge will apply for any transfer of booking made within 10 working days of the course start date. A minimum charge of £30.00 per person (or higher depending on course type) will apply. Only one transfer per booking is permitted.
e) No refunds will be issued for bookings made within 10 working days of the course commencement date.
3. Cancellation Fees
a) A course may be cancelled without charge provided written notice is received at least 10 working days prior to the course start date.
• Less than 5 working days’ notice: 100% of course fees payable
• 5–10 working days’ notice: 50% of course fees payable
b) While every effort is made to ensure that all information and advice provided is accurate and up to date, Alliance Learning cannot accept responsibility for how individuals or organisations interpret or apply that information.
