Job Description:

We specialise in precision steel fabrication, producing high-quality bespoke components, frameworks, and structures for industries including construction, manufacturing, and process engineering. About the Role
Fletchers Engineering are looking for a motivated and reliable Apprentice Metal Fabricator to join their growing team in Eccles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to start a career in engineering and gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification.
As an apprentice, you will learn a wide range of fabrication skills, working alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects. You’ll develop practical knowledge in metalworking, welding, and engineering processes in a supportive environment.

Training & Development
You will complete a Level 3 Metal Fabricator Apprenticeship, combining on-the-job training with block release study at Alliance Learning. This structured programme will help you build both practical skills and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with the fabrication and assembly of metal components
• Learning to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Using a variety of hand tools and machinery safely
• Supporting welding and finishing processes
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines
