Hygiene Operative 2 open positions
We are looking for a two part-time Hygiene Operatives to work 16 hours per week each at our Horwich site under the general direction of the Facilities Coordinator. You will be responsible for cleaning across site and in order to be successful in the role, you will be expected to follow cleaning systems and procedures and be able to cope with the demands of physical manual work.
The successful candidates will deliver the on-site cleaning service against an agreed specification, working as part of a team when required.
You will be also able to demonstrate skills and knowledge of using cleaning equipment, chemicals and related consumables.
The working pattern for the role is: 3.30pm to 7.00pm (Monday to Thursday) & 1.00pm to 3.00pm (Friday)

About the Role
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with new customers, building strong partnerships, and promoting our range of apprenticeship and commercial training programmes. You’ll work closely with our business development and marketing teams to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and contribute to the continued growth of Alliance Learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential new customers and market opportunities.
• Make outbound calls, attend networking events, and engage in other proactive sales activities.
• Present and promote Alliance Learning’s training programmes to prospective clients.
