About the Role
You will manage and develop client accounts, generate new business through sales activity, and promote our apprenticeship and commercial training solutions across a range of sectors. You’ll act as a key point of contact for employers, ensuring a professional, responsive, and value-driven service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow allocated client accounts
• Generate new business through targeted telesales activity
• Promote apprenticeships and commercial training solutions
• Identify opportunities to increase account value and cross-sell services
• Process enquiries and quotations professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records
• Deliver outstanding customer service
