About the Role
We are looking to appoint a Fabrication and Welding Tutor to support apprentices on their learning journey.
This is an excellent opportunity for an industry professional who enjoys developing others and supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver training to Fabrication and Welding apprentices either on-site or through work-based assessment in the workplace
· Assess learner progress and evidence against apprenticeship standards
· Provide clear, constructive feedback
· Support learners with both academic and pastoral needs
· Build positive relationships with employers and workplace mentors
· Maintain accurate learner records using the e-portfolio system
· Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
