Job Description:
Deliver workplace coaching and training to engineering apprentices across a range of disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, manufacturing).
Conduct regular progress reviews, assess learners' work against apprenticeship standards, and ensure timely completion.
Build strong relationships with employers to support learner development and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records using e-portfolio systems and contribute to quality assurance processes.
Provide pastoral and academic support tailored to individual learner needs.

Essential Skills:
Industry experience in engineering (mechanical/electrical/manufacturing or similar).
Recognised teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire learners at different levels.
Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and work-based learning practices.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in a similar role within apprenticeship delivery.
Knowledge of health & safety and industry compliance requirements.
