Engineering Tutors & Worked Based Assessor Roles

Job Description: Due to growth in our Engineering programmes we are looking to recruit a number of Engineers to join our tutor/assessor based team. We are happy to discuss roles with individuals who have industry experience but may not have the relevant qualifications. Alliance Learning will support with future development on an individual basis You will work with Apprentices on developing their skills and knowledge in Engineering Holidays - 25 days plus 8 statutory banks Mileage/Expenses - if applicable to role Life Insurance
Essential Skills: Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Machining/Maintenance) Have you completed a full Apprenticeship and time served in industry or do you have relevant higher level qualifications? Would you like a career in teaching to pass on your knowledge and skills to the next generation of Engineers? Have you been involved in mentoring Apprentices in your workplace?
Desirable Skills: Willing to work towards or hold a relevant assessing/teaching qualifications (TAQA/A1) Support to a full teaching qualification is available.
