  • Employer Engagement Advisor - Apprenticeships

    Alliance Learning are recruiting for an Employer Engagement Advisor - Apprenticeships to develop, promote and cross sell all Alliance Learning services, including Apprenticeships, commercial training courses and any other related programmes across the North West. The main purpose of the role will be to build relationships with employers and partners to raise the profile of Alliance Learning. You will also be responsible for accurate Information, Advice and Guidance to apprentices coming onto programme, whilst ensure all ESFA guidance and quality processes are met. This role will compliment the current sales team both internal and external to ensure the development and delivery of appropriate training packages to meet employer needs. Flexible Working arrangements will be considered.

  • Finance Assistant

    We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant, to work within our busy accounts department. The main purpose of the role is to assist in the process of timely and accurate financial information for use in the preparation of the monthly management accounts. You will also be responsible for credit control procedures, including chasing payments, processing cheques, BACS and credit card receipts to Xero. The successful candidate will also process payments to employers who are eligible for ESFA Employer Incentives. Other duties will include Central Administration functions.

  • Marketing Coordinator (Maternity Cover)


    An exciting opportunity has become available within our Business Development Team for a Marketing Co-ordinator. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the company wide marketing activities, including digital (website / social media) and traditional marketing activities. You will also lead on the planning and organising of our company events both face to face and virtual.

    The successful applicant will have a full driving licence with access to their own vehicle and have the ability work flexibly outside of normal core working hours.
