Assess and progress learners through all aspects of their Apprenticeship, delivering underpinning knowledge and coaching, producing learning plans and schemes of work where relevant, including delivery of level 1 functional skills.
Take full responsibility for allocated learners to ensure retention, progression and achievement within the framework or new standards, ensuring high quality feedback.
Deliver training and assessment on a range of qualifications up to and including Level 4 or 5 (where applicable), in line with internal processes.

We are seeking to employ an experienced part time enthusiastic and dedicated Subject Specialist Tutor for childcare to cover maternity leave on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The candidate will work within our busy delivery team to deliver child care apprenticeships and commercial child care qualifications.
The ideal candidate would need to hold a relevant child care qualification at level 3 and hold an assessor qualification (D32/D33, A1 OR TAQA). An Internal Quality Assurer qualification or level 5 or 6 teaching qualification such as Certificate in Education or PGCE would be an advantage.
As part of the job role you will be expected to teach learners completing childcare qualifications and to progress learners through all aspects of their apprenticeship standard/framework.
You must have a full driving license and be a car owner.

We are seeking to employ a full-time enthusiastic and dedicated Subject Specialist Tutor to work within our busy delivery team to deliver apprenticeships, commercial training and ESF training, in up to Level 5 Management.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach learners completing management qualifications and to progress learners through all aspects of the apprenticeship standard.
