Target Group

This vocational training course is intended for anybody in an organisation dealing regularly with customers either on the telephone or face to face in roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Operator, Call Centre Advisor, Help Desk Operative and Service Agent. Our Alliance Learning tutors will be able to advise on the most appropriate level.

Course Duration

Each level of qualification takes approximately 12 months to complete.

Course Content

The Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service consists of 45 credits.
The Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service 55 credits.

The NVQ will be assessed in the learner's workplace. The learner produces a portfolio of evidence through either e-portfolio or paper-based portfolio, which is used to prove competence on a variety of customer service activities.

How often will an assessor visit me?

To complete the NVQ it is required that one of our assessors visits you and witnesses you working first hand in your job role. During the qualification, you will receive up to 12 visits.
