Online Booking Terms and Conditions
ONLINE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
Valid from March 2020
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
1. Course Reservations
a) All course bookings must be confirmed and paid for online before confirmation will be received. All paid bookings will be processed within 1 working day. Any paid bookings out of working hours will be processed the next working day. All confirmations will be sent to the email address specified within one working day. Incomplete bookings recorded where contact details have been submitted and where no payment is taken, we will use these contact details to contact you regarding your attempted purchase. On successful contact we aim to either confirm or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you using the details specified we reserve the right to discard any unpaid orders and release the incomplete reservation back into the public domain.
b) If a booked delegate cannot attend, a substitute delegate may attend in his or her place at no additional charge, with the provision that the replacement delegate is of a suitable level of experience and knowledge to attend the course in question. We will need to know the name of the person attending in their place prior to them coming so confirmation of this information will be necessary.
c) Alliance Learning Training Limited reserves the right to alter or cancel any course from published dates due to low numbers of participants. In the event of a cancellation where an alternative cannot be provided in respect of that course a full refund will be offered. Alliance Learning Training Limited will not reimburse travel or accommodation expenses. Alliance Learning Training Limited will not offer refunds for cancellations outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, flooding or natural disasters.
2. Course fees
a) All fees quoted on the website are correct at the time of purchase. All fees are subject to VAT.
b) Full Payment for the course must be made at the time of a booking, by credit or debit card (including American express). Certificates and cards will be issues on completion of the full course
c) The course price on full days includes lunch &refreshments. The course price on half day course includes refreshments only.
d) Transfer fees (see below for fees)
0-5 days’ notice 100% charges will apply
5 days and over £30.00 + vat transfer fee per person

e) Alliance Learning Training Limited reserves the right to cancel, or alter or re-arrange courses without liability as they deem necessary. In such an event attendees will be offered alternative course or a full refund will be offered within 48 hours.
3. Cancellation Fees
a) A course may be cancelled without charge providing the following notice is given:
22 days & over 0%
15-21 days 50%
7-14 days 75%
Less than 7 day 100%
b) Whilst ensuring that all information and advice offered by our staff is accurate, up to date and factual, we cannot be held responsible for the individual and the company interpretation of the information given.
Additional Terms – Coronavirus
Due to the current and ongoing situation due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19), we have made by exception, additional terms to our cancellation policy.
If you have booked on one of our courses and are unable to attend due to either:
- a confirmed case of Coronavirus or
- had to self-isolate based on government advice or
- due to control measures/policy put in place by the employer
Our normal cancellation policy will not apply. Therefore, we will not charge the 100% late cancellation fee or offer a refund in these cases. We will rebook the course to a later date in line with your personal/business requirements. Please contact your Key Account Manager for further queries around bookings.
4. Data Protection
Alliance Learning Training Limited adhere to the data Protection Act at all times when asking for or handling your information including: Personal data shall be processed fairly and lawfully. Data is processed only for the purpose(s) for which it was collected. Data is kept secure against unauthorised access and loss or damage.
A customer can unsubscribe at any point and all Personal Data will be removed from our records.

5. Offers
No offer or discount can be used in conjunction with another offer or discount unless stated otherwise.
