Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Officer who will work within our busy training centre reception. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for learners, employers, and visitors. You will provide a professional reception service while supporting the wider team with administrative duties. A key part of your role will be monitoring learner attendance and ensuring accurate records are maintained. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and strong attention to detail to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
- Educated to GCSE Level A-C in Maths & English
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and IT literate
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Effective customer service skills
- Able to work towards deadlines
- Good verbal and written skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Team player with the ability work under own initiative and prioritise own work
Desirable Skills:
- ICT qualification
- Customer service/Administration skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety
- Problems solving skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints
