Development Competence:
Apprentices compile a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate their competence in the workplace, showcasing the safe and effective use of electrical equipment and compliance with regulations. Throughout this process, they are supported by both a workplace mentor and a tutor to guide their development.
End Point Assessment:
External assessor reviews portfolio, observes practical skills, and conducts an interview
