About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Admin Apprentice to join our team, providing essential support to the Operations & Engineering Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in business administration while gaining practical experience in an operational and engineering environment. You will assist with a variety of administrative tasks and act as a personal assistant, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities and projects. Key Responsibilities: ● Provide administrative support to the Operations & Engineering Manager, including managing diaries, emails, and phone calls. ● Assist with diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. ● Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings. ● Organise and maintain both digital and physical files to ensure easy access to relevant information. ● Assist in tracking project progress, deadlines, and key deliverables. ● Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the manager. ● Take minutes in meetings and follow up on action points where necessary. ● Support general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies. ● Learn and apply business administration practices, including data entry, record-keeping, and other clerical tasks. ● Work collaboratively with other departments when required to ensure smooth workflow. ● Actively participate in apprenticeship training, developing skills for personal and professional growth.
